Application and Regimen 

1) Application Frequency:
Preferably, at least twice or thrice a week.

2) Application Time:
One night before you are going to wash your hair. 

Once you have applied the oil, allow it to stay on your scalp overnight to work properly. If it is not possible then, apply the oil in the morning for at least 1 hour before cleansing the hair.

3) Quantity to be Applied:
It depends upon your hair damage and hair length. The most important part is to oil your scalp, hair roots, and shaft. You must apply oil before shampoo.

4) Technique to use oil:
Apply it to the hair roots and scalp first by circularly massaging the scalp with the tip of your fingers. While oiling, if possible, make sure you slightly warm the bottle in a water bath and use it for better results. If not possible, then regular direct use also provides you with the best possible results. 

5) How to Rinse:
Wet the hair with lukewarm water. Apply mild shampoo and then rinse off with a good quantity of Lukewarm water. (Preferably, Ammaltas Shampoo will work best with this oil as they complement each other for your perfect hair care).

How to Use: Take a few drops of shampoo in your palm and massage it on your wet scalp. Leave it for 3 to 4 minutes and rinse off thoroughly.
