For damaged packages, you can file a claim online to report your losses. Share the Images of damaged package, Contact Number, Order ID and Date of Purchase on support@ammaltas.com Our team will contact you regarding your damaged article for replacement options.

If a package that hasn’t yet arrived in prescribed time then, check your package’s tracking status to determine where the package may have been in transit or left for delivery. If you are still not satisfied by the information then, you can always contact support@ammaltas.com  Regarding your queries. Our team will respond to your queries.

No. Right now we do not have change in delivery address option.

You can track your order by using your order ID received to you from our Delivery Partner Interface once we book your order for Transit.

Right now we do not have change in Order Option. For the orders which are not in Transit for delivery, you can cancel your first order, apply for refund and place a new order. For the orders in Transit for delivery, you should not accept the order, once you deny the order our team will contact you regarding refund procedure.

For incorrect products, you can file a claim online to report your losses. Share the Images of wrongly delivered product, Contact Number, Order ID and Date of Purchase on support@ammaltas.com Our team will contact you regarding your article for replacement options.

No option will be provided for return of Order unless the Ordered Product is either damaged in Transit or Wrong product delivered to you. The claim for such orders should be placed within 24 hrs after receiving the product along with Images shared on mail ID support@ammaltas.com.

Yes Ammaltas Products are Cruelty-Free Products.

All Ammaltas Products are Harsh Chemical free products which cause the damage to Skin, Scalp and Hair. We are not claiming we are providing totally Chemical Free products but Yes we are using Permissible, Safe & Soft grade Chemical that too in a minimal percentage required for stabilization and binding the effects of Herbal Ingredients that have been blended for best Results.

Yes. Each and every Ingredient of our Product has been Keenly used by Strictly adhering to our formulation and Manufacturing SOP.

Minimum Manual handling and use of Automated Machines help us to keep our products safe and adulteration free during the manufacturing procedure. The Shrink Wrapping and Proper Sealing help to keep our products safe.
